01Who we are

Inbound Watch is made by Ketryon, in Sweden. We decide how your data is used, so we're responsible for it.

02What we collect

Your email address, the websites you add and the link data we find for them. If you take out Pro, Stripe handles the payment.

03Data about other websites

Link data is about public web pages, not people. Our crawler only visits pages that link to our users' sites, and it respects robots.txt.

04Why we use it

To run Inbound Watch for you, keep it secure and working, and see in statistics what helps. Nothing else.

05Where it's kept, and who helps

Your data is stored in the EU. A few providers help run Inbound Watch, only on our instructions.

06How long we keep it

Only as long as it's needed — apart from payment records the law makes us keep.

07Cookies

A cookie to keep you signed in, one to remember your cookie choice, and statistics cookies only if you accept them.

08Emails

Sign-in codes you ask for, and the emails the service is for. You choose which in Settings.
