The short version
- Free covers one website, with no card needed.
- Free watches 1 website. Pro starts with 14 free days, renews until you cancel, and prices include VAT.
- Cancel any time; Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Link data is a good picture of the web, not a perfect one.
- Use it fairly: no abuse, no breaking in, no reselling the data.
- Swedish law applies, and your consumer rights always stay.
The summary helps you read the full text below; the full text is what applies.
01The agreement
By using Inbound Watch you agree to these terms. They're between you and us.
These terms apply to Inbound Watch — the website and service at inbound.watch (“Inbound Watch”) — provided by Ketryon AB, organisation number 559551-1030, Solbackavägen 13D, 632 22 Eskilstuna, Sweden (“we”, “us”).
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
02Your account
Be at least 13, use an email address that's yours, and keep it safe.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Inbound Watch.
- You sign in with codes and links sent to your email, so whoever can read your inbox can open your account. Keep your email secure, and tell us if you think someone else got in.
- One person or business per account. You're responsible for what happens in yours.
03Free and Pro
Free watches 1 website. Pro is a subscription with a 14-day free trial: it renews until you cancel, and cancelling keeps it to the end of the period.
Free watches 1 website, checked once a week. Pro watches 5 websites every day and adds more, as listed on the pricing, by the month or the year; more websites can be added for a price per website. Prices include VAT and are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Free trial. Your first Pro subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You aren't charged if you cancel before it ends; otherwise the first payment is taken when it does.
Renewal. Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price then in force, until you cancel. If the price changes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
Cancelling. Cancel any time in Settings → Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't charged again. We don't refund part periods, except where the law requires it.
Right of withdrawal. If you're a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of taking it out. The free trial covers that time: cancel during it and nothing is charged. A later subscription without a trial starts at once, as you ask at checkout; if you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the payment less the part of the period already used.
04What the numbers are
Link data comes from a third-party index of the web and from our own visits. It's a good picture, not a perfect one.
Links are found in DataForSEO's index of the public web, which can take weeks to notice a new link, and checked by our crawler visiting the pages. Some pages block crawlers or are built in ways we can't read; we mark those rather than guess. Traffic figures are estimates, and Domain Rating is Ahrefs' score, shown as Ahrefs reports it.
So the lists and numbers may be incomplete or late. Please don't rely on them alone for decisions where an error could cause serious harm.
05Using Inbound Watch fairly
Don't break it, abuse it or use it to harm anyone.
You can watch your own websites, and name any public websites as competitors. Please don't:
- break the law with Inbound Watch;
- try to get into other people's accounts or data, or test our security without our written permission;
- overload the service, send automated traffic at it, or get around its limits;
- resell the data, or copy or reverse-engineer Inbound Watch, except where the law lets you.
06What's ours
Inbound Watch's software, design, name and Hoot the owl belong to Ketryon. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Inbound Watch under these terms. Nothing else transfers to you.
07Feedback
We love hearing ideas. If you send us suggestions, we may use them to improve Inbound Watch without owing you anything — but we'll be grateful.
08Inbound Watch will change
We'll keep improving it, and warn you before anything big goes away.
We work to keep Inbound Watch available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever plan to shut it down, we'll tell you at least 60 days ahead.
09Ending
Leave whenever you like. We'll only close an account for a serious reason.
You can stop using Inbound Watch and delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting it ends any subscription at once and removes your account and websites.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. Unless it would be unlawful or let harm continue, we'll tell you why first.
10No guarantees
Inbound Watch is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it will meet every need or be free of errors. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
11Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or rankings, or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law — for example for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence — or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
12Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Talk to us first — most things are solved by an email.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you're a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
If something goes wrong, write to hello@ketryon.com and we'll try to sort it out. Consumers in Sweden can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN). Otherwise, disputes go to the Swedish courts — or, if you're a consumer, to the courts where you live.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies. If you don't agree, you can close your account before then; carrying on after that means you accept the new terms.
